This serving tray is made of 18/8 stainless steel. The thermo hot/cold tray contains a heat-sensitive gel core, which allows warm foods to stay at their appropriate temperature and chilled foods to stay cool and fresh. To heat, place tray in the oven at 200 F for a maximum of 6 minutes. To cool, place tray in refrigerator for up to 2 hours.
